GoBe3 smart band will help you track important indicators in real time, and with the HEALBE app you will be able to analyse more details about your body:

- Calorie Intake and Burned calories with their balance shown separately as Energy balance.
- Changes in hydration level.
- Water loss in milliliters.
- Nervous system activity level and state.
- Changes in Stress level and amount of Accumulated stress.
- Pulse readings 247 and pulse at rest monitoring.
- Detailed information about your sleep whenever its a long rest or a short day nap: sleep Quality, number of Awakenings, Anxiety level and Recommendations for the next night.
- Number of Steps and Distance traveled.
GoBe provides the ability to customize two types of Smart alarms:
- Alarm by time. This alarm will make your wake-ups more pleasant and easy. GoBe determines the REM phase closest to the time you've set and wakes you up with a gentle vibration as soon as it ends, at the best moment to end sleep.
- Alarm by sleep Quality. This alarm tracks your Anxiety to calculate overall sleep Quality and wakes you up only when you reach the required Quality of your rest, no matter how much time it takes.
Integration with Apple “Health”
The HEALBE app can be integrated with Apple “Health” to send there unique GoBe data. All data will be transferred automatically, including calorie Intake and Pulse, Steps and Sleep analysis.
You can also add these data to the Health app's Dashboard as widgets.
In addition, you can set up weight data exchange to keep it up to date with ease, no matter if you want to add data from Apple “Health” (for example, from smart scales) or in the HEALBE GoBe app. Stay healthy and enjoy the integration possibilities!

HEALBE starts rolling out a series of updates to bring GoBe3 notifications directly to your smartphone. These updates will reach our users gradually, but you can already start tracking your GoBe3's notification statistics in the Notification center. And if the notifications bother you too much, you always have the option to turn them off in the HEALBE app settings.
