FEATURES AND CHANGES
• Teamwire is now fully compatible with iOS 17.
• Live location: We added a new option to the map settings called “Group users”. This allows you to always group nearby users. The feature is not compatible with ArcGIS Maps.
• Chat admins can now revoke the chat admin status from another user.
• Attached images are delivered in original size and will be compressed only when exceeding the size of 15 MB.
• After reading new messages on one of your other devices, your iOS push notifications will be dismissed upon entering the app.
• The "Back to bottom" button inside a chat supports a new counter indicating the number of new unread messages since you last scrolled down.
• Improvements in UI and animation for inbox actions.
FIXES
• New voice messages in Push-to-Talk chats were played automatically only when the corresponding chat was being viewed.
• Under certain circumstances, new audio messages in Push-to-Talk chats were played even though the Teamwire app was in the background.
• The number pad was blocking the screen when trying to enable the screen lock.
• The “Enable screen lock” button was too small in some translations and the text was cut off.
• After a fresh app installation, the default alert sound sometimes was not the correct one being played.
• Once the message notification tone was changed, it could not be set to “Default”.
• The app crashed when reaching the character limit in the profile’s “About me” section.
• VMware Workspace ONE (AirWatch) SDK: Map sharing restrictions.
• VMware Workspace ONE (AirWatch) SDK: Force closing the app after switching the Intelligent Hub user could prevent logging out the previous user correctly from Teamwire.
• Writing numbers in your “First name” and “Last name” profile fields were not allowed.
• The app crashed when forwarding an attachment to a new chat.
